Is 3CX really free?+
Yes — 3CX StartUP FREE supports up to 10 users at no cost. Paid tiers unlock more users, multi-site, call centre features and contact-centre integrations.
Can I use my existing numbers?+
Absolutely. NOX ports your existing Australian numbers from Telstra, Optus, TPG and others, or provisions new local, 1300 or 1800 numbers.
Does 3CX work with Microsoft Teams?+
Yes. 3CX integrates with Microsoft 365, supports SSO, and can route calls between Teams and 3CX users.
Do I need new desk phones?+
Not necessarily. 3CX supports Yealink, Snom, Fanvil and most existing SIP phones. Many customers run softphone-only on desktop and mobile.
Where is the system hosted?+
We host 3CX in Australian data centres for low latency and data sovereignty, or self-hosted on-premises if preferred.
How long does deployment take?+
